Steve Law is a freelance audio engineer located in northern NSW, Australia.

With 15+ years of audio work in the region he is experienced in recording studio and live audio production.

Steve also has a huge interest in acoustics and recording studio design and implementation.

In February 2016, Steve spent a week at La Fabrique Studio (France) at Mix With The Masters, being mentored by Sylvia Massy (Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, System of a Down, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty).

Steve has worked in the recording studio with Parcels, Zeahorse, Gyan, Headland, Babe Rainbow, The Colliflowers, PUFF, Invisible Friend and many other local and touring bands/artists.

In the live audio field Steve has worked with Byron Bay Blues Festival, Falls Festival Byron Bay, Mullumbimby Music Festival, many various local and touring bands/artists, and also as the house engineer at The Eltham Hotel in northern NSW.

Currently touring FOH engineer for Babe Rainbow.

Steve has an extensive array of portable equipment to record bands and soloists in various places/spaces.
